Engel designed to the manor a low ground floor for every day use. The upper floor was built high and decorative. The ground floor serves as a restaurant and a café, the upper floor has been dedicated to art.
The manor has a year round art exhibition. The works of Finland's leading contemporary artists can be seen in the non-permanent exhibitions. The mansion is hosted by the Hasu couple, who call the artist Fritz Jakobsson ”The artist of the Manor”.

Koskisto Dairy and Art Centre The castle-like, in its time the largest Emmenthaler cheese dairy in Europe, in Koskisto, southern Elimäki invites you to see a photograph collection about the history of cheese making, and to see non-permanent exhibitions and events. In the summer the exhibition facilities also serve as a venue for business events and family parties. You can stop by the terrace to enjoy the peace and quiet of the country side and sun shine, for example in connection of a cycling tour. The Finnish Paper Art Gallery The first gallery in the Nordic countries dedicated exclusively to paper art was opened in 1990. Four or five non-permanent exhibitions are arranged in the gallery every year.The gallery is situated in Kymen Paviljonki, in Keltti, Kuusankoski, where it is easy to pop in for those who travel along the highway number 6. On account of its 20 years in business, the Finnish Paper Art Gallery organizes a jubilee exhibition from February to August 2009. Approximately ten leading Finnish paper artists have been invited to take part in the exhibition, including a Spanish artist, who also has been a teacher to many Finnish paper artists. The gallery's 90th exhibition will at the same time be the gallery's last exhibition. Open every day 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., free admittance

Iitti Colour Centre A colour museum, a colour shop and changing exhibitions offer interesting knowledge on colours and the usage of colours in delightfully beautiful surroundings. The colour shops offer a wide range of natural dyes, yarns and other materials as well as product packages and ready-made products.
