The surroundings designed by Juha Leiviskä and ja Bertel Saarnio 40 years ago are still modern and offer spectacular facilities and supplementary services for large parties, seminars and exhibitions.

Festival Hall

The Festival Hall of the City Hall is a suitable place even for the finest festive occasions. An entire symphony orchestra can be invited to perform on the stage of the spacious hall.

Lobby

The City Hall lobby glows in festive blue. The open space of the lobby is comfortably quiet even for larger parties, and a calm atmosphere will be maintained through the occasion. The lobby can also be turned into a restaurant space.

Standing room for a total of 250 persons and total space approximately 260 m².

Tuulensuoja

There is a characteristic atmosphere in the old wooden house built in 1892. Tuulensuoja is well situated in the middle of Kouvola. Its main entrance is a five minutes walk from the station, and there are plenty of parking spaces on the yard for those who come by car. The facilities suite especially well for family occasions. The hall's parquet has room for ca. fifty dancing couples. In total the facilities can accommodate 250 guests. Catering for conferences and parties can be arranged by the organizers themselves in Tuulensuoja's kitchen. The kitchen does not carry any kitchenware.

It is easy to arrange even big occasions in the Barracks restaurant and its functioning conference facilities. The restaurant seats 360 customers, the auditorium seats 190, the lecture hall seats 48 and the cabinet seats 24 persons. For servings there are several alternatives available which, if needed, can be planned according to the customer's wishes.

Marttakulma

Marttakulma is a modern conference and festive facility in the Kouvola city centre. The facilities are suitable for conferences, festive occasions and other various kinds of occasions. The facility seats max. 50 persons. On request we arrange coffee/tea with sweet and/or salty pastries. You can also prepare the pastries yourself in our teaching kitchen.

Youth Centre Anjala

Functional conference facilities, comprehensive meal services and versatile program services help guarantee an unforgettable conference day. Accommodation also available.

Conference package includes e.g. Welcoming coffee serving, time booked for the conference in the conference facilities, buffet lunch, afternoon coffee serving, white water rafting on River Kymi and after that a delicious meal and an evening gathering at the sauna.

Tykkimäki Pavilion

Tykkimäki Pavilion is situated in the middle of the most beautiful nature landscape in connection with the Tykkimäki Amusement Park. The round pavilion has enough room even for large festive occasions since the facilities set approximately 300. If needed, catering can be arranged by the pavilions contract supplier. The Tykkimäki Pavilion is suitable for arranging public events because the easily transferable space has room for 1,500 customers when the tables and chairs are removed.

Voikkari offers the facilities of the traditional Voikkaa club for training, conference and festive use.
