Winter storm

The event will feature a delicious lunch with a dessert bar at Restaurant Ankkapurha from 11 am to 2 pm. The price of lunch is €12.90 for adults and €6.50 for children aged 3-10.

The instructors from the Youth Centre will build a trick track in the gym upstairs in the restaurant, where people of all ages can exercise and test their skills. The trick track has two different difficulty levels, making the track safe for both young and old.

The price of the track is €5/participant, one adult can go free of charge with a paying child. Children are responsible for their own adults on the track, although there will be a youth centre instructor in the hall. The trick track is available to participants for a single fee throughout the event.

Weather permitting, you can test tandem skiing and snowshoeing in the centre’s courtyard, as well as go sledding. If there is not enough snow, there are other activities around the playground, depending on the weather. You can also roast marshmallows over a campfire near the playground.

The Finnish Nature Association’s nature club instructor Anne Ikäheimonen will lead the “Surprising Friends” nature-themed activities in the yard.
