FOLKtoberfest

Huhdasjärvi village’s first FOLKtoberfest celebration in collaboration with the Raakku Village Orchestra! As the name suggests, we will celebrate with mini-festivals all evening with various folk music ensembles and beer selections. There will also be snacks in the Oktoberfest spirit.

Participating include Raakku Village Orchestra, Kaskimaa Band, The Leprechauns, a folk dance workshop and other folk music artists during the evening. The music will play almost non-stop, and the Kierivä Kuu Café-Restaurant is open from 6-00 PM. Now let’s dig out the dirndls and lederhosen from the mothballs, and see you at the FOLKtoberfest!
