The Elimäki Local Food Fair will be held in September 2025 in a wonderful new setting in Koria, in the green landscapes of Kymijoki, on the atmospheric dance stage of Kallioniemi.
The event offers a comprehensive and experiential cross-section into the world of local food: there is food to taste on site, delicacies and snacks to take home, and high-quality handicrafts. There is a separate area for children with farm animals, a pedal tractor, and guided activities. For adults, there is the Kymenlaakso Marttoden Kotivara exhibition, which shares information about everyday preparation and food preservation.
This year, the fair is growing even more – Kallioniemi’s indoor and outdoor spaces allow for a spacious and functional event area where it is easy to enjoy yourself. There are sales points both inside the stage building and outside on covered terraces and courtyards. Space has been reserved for seating and dining, so you can enjoy the event without rushing.
