Kymi Brass XXIV: Helsinki Brass Quintet

Founded in 1999, Helsinki Brass Quintet has been one of the leading chamber music ensembles in our country for over two decades. The ensemble has released two albums and has performed as a quintet and quartet at numerous festivals both in Finland and abroad. In 2024, the ensemble was reunited when trumpeter Tomas Gricius and trombonist Olav Severeide joined the ensemble. In 2025, the band has performed with a Nordic repertoire at the Sellosal in Espoo, Kaunas in Lithuania, and at the Kymi Brass Festival.
