Tykkimäki’s three parks
The three parks of Tykkimäki entertain and delight the whole family. In addition to Tykkimäki Amusement Park, a must-see destination for the whole family during the summer season is Tykkimäki Aquapark.
Year-round, you can move and bounce at Tykkimäki Actionpark. Whether it rains or shines, the Actionpark saves those long cottage trips and holiday days.

Licorice factory and a pinball hall

Straight to the pole position
In the traffic park, children get to start their traffic education from the pole position without timed laps!
The Children’s Traffic Park is located right near the center of Kouvola, and it is only about 600 meters from the Travel Center. The free Traffic Park is generally open from May to mid-August.
There is an instructor in the area who guides and advises children on how to use the cars and explains traffic rules. The instructor also provides pedal cars and shares driving times. The Traffic Park offers various pedal cars for drivers under 140 cm tall.
In the park, children are under the responsibility of their parents or accompanying adults, and small children must not be left in the area without a guardian.
Groups of more than five children are requested to book a time in advance with the traffic park instructor. You can book a time by calling 020 615 8255. The operation of the Traffic Park is managed by the city of Kouvola. There is a restroom and a playground at the Traffic Park.
