Kouvola has 11 beaches maintained by the city. All beaches have changing rooms, toilets, life rings and rubbish bins.
At Koivusaari you will find three swimming areas of different depths separated by jetties, a diving board, a play area, a beach volleyball court and a performance area with grandstands.
