A.W. As Yrja

CMX soloist A.W. Yrjänä released his second solo album “Eidolon” in early August and Yrjänä and his band will tour in support of the album in late 2026. The album contains two over 20-minute pieces that move between progressive rock, improvisation and catchy choruses.

In the spring, the book A. W. Yrjänä, Alkemisti, written by Hippo Taatila, was published, which tells the story of Yrjänä’s life and career as a musician and writer that lasted over 40 years.
