Arppa will go on a concert hall tour in the autumn before their gig break next spring. Known above all for their energetic and interactive live performances, Arppa and his band have become one of the most popular performers in Finland.
The autumn concert hall tour offers the audience a unique package, where the artist’s production from all of his albums will be heard. In the first half of the concerts, Arpa’s extended acoustic lineup will take the stage, while in the second half, the atmosphere will be electrified by the full band.
The tour will feature musicians Aaro Airola, Ville-Veikko Airaniemi, Eero Seppä, Okko Saastamoinen, Päivi Hirvonen and Iida Savolainen.
Arpa’s previous concert hall tour in autumn 2024 sold 13,000 tickets and most of the gigs were sold out!
Arpa’s career has progressed exceptionally quickly. The artist’s self-published debut album Laavalamppuja was released in August 2020, after which Arppa quickly rose from a promising newcomer to one of the most current and beloved names in the domestic music scene.
In 2021, Arppa received four Emma nominations in the categories Newcomer of the Year, Rock of the Year, Critics’ Choice and Artist of the Year – public vote. In addition, Kinovalon alla ranked third in Sound’s Best Albums of 2021 – public vote.
The third album Valeria was released in 2023 and the fourth album Muovipussi kummittelee in 2024, both through Johanna Kustannus, increasing the artist’s popularity even further. The fifth album Peppuni kanssa was self-published in September 2025, followed by a sold-out club tour with the Arppa 8-pack lineup. On May 1 of this year, Arpa and Jiri-serku’s joint album Iltamat Pihlajassa was also released.
