Emmi Ilona is a self-taught “artist” from Kymenlaakso. She has been painting since 2015, initially as therapy after contracting tick-borne encephalitis. Since then, painting has become a beloved and important hobby. Emmi gets her inspiration mostly from nature. Her style is dark, but not gloomy.
