Terpsi Club Dance Festival – club competitions for standard and lap dancers and spring performances
Dance festival in Kouvola on June 6, 2026 – competitions, performances and experiences for all ages
A unique dance day will be held in Kouvola on Saturday, June 6, 2026, when the Dance Association Kouvola Terpsikerho ry organizes standard and Latin dance club competitions and spring performances under one roof.
The event brings together dancers from all over Finland. The competition includes participants of all ages, from children to seniors over 70. Dancers can compete either alone in solo classes or in pairs, and pairs can also be formed by dancers of the same sex. During the day, competitors will range from beginners to dancers of the highest skill level.
During the breaks between the competitions, the audience will be able to enjoy the spring performances of the Terpsikerho dance groups. There will be diverse performances, from wheelchair dance to children’s street dance. They highlight the joy of dance, its expertise and the wide range of ages and skills of the enthusiasts.
“The event offers the audience a rare opportunity to see both top performances in competitive dance and spectacular performances by our club’s own groups at the same time. The day is suitable for the whole family and anyone interested in dance”, says the chairman of the Terpsi Club.

The event will feature a varied café, and there will also be dance equipment sales.
