What happens when three iron professionals from different musical worlds join forces? The concert hall tour brings to the same concert stage the pop singer Teemu Roivainen, who is also known as the Tango King, the opera stage magnet and winner of the Sibelius Singing Competition, baritone Aarne Pelkonen, and the multi-talented actor-singer Mikko Töyssy. An evening where genre boundaries are broken and great emotions take over.

The concert stages will be filled with exceptional sound and charisma when Teemu Roivainen, Aarne Pelkonen and Mikko Töyssy join forces. Although the trio share a background in the popular Tähdet, tähdet -program, the focus of the tour is above all the encounter of three different voices and personalities.

The idea of collaboration arose naturally as a result of a “consultation” between the men and the desire to challenge each other on stage. “What happens when we three guys from different backgrounds are dropped onto the same stage? It’s a mix of classical discipline, the power of light music – with a touch of performing arts expertise,” the artists describe.

The concert’s repertoire is built around great classics. The evening will offer the audience the most famous hits from both the world of pop and classical music – from grandiose declarations to tangible, sensitive moments.

The song choices for the tour have been made with heart: there are love songs for women, but also songs from mothers to mothers. The focus is on the “great voice”, which this trio is not afraid to use.
