Aurantola is located in Jaala on the shores of Lake Karijärvi, known for its clear waters and abundant fish. The estate’s history dates back to the 17th century. Today, the tourist farm offers a variety of accommodations and a couple of banquet halls.

Location and connections

The distance from downtown Kouvola to Aurantola is approximately 40 km. From Kouvola, take Highway 46 toward Heinola for about 10 km, pass the Jaala intersection, and turn right onto Aurantolantie. Continue for 3 km, then turn left onto Herransaarentie. At the end of the driveway, you’ll see the main building of Aurantola.
